Introduction
Francesco Furlani is an Italian photographer who works all over Europe. He moves, travels and lives in a van. His presence on social media has made his work appreciated by many people who, in addition to photographs of services he has done for different clients, have shown more and more curiosity about his alternative way of life. Given this interest, he began to create more and more content that best explained the choices that led him to embark on this lifestyle. The great turnout on social media allowed him to start collaborations with tire companies, store vans, and clothing houses.
Throughout his career he had felt the need to create a site that would better showcase his shots, video footage, and the various services he provided for various clients, with the ability to be contacted if needed.
What I had been asked was to reorganize the information on the site, which was already online, in a way that was simpler and easier for the user to understand. I had also been asked to maintain a responsive layout for all screen types.
Problem Statement
The main issue was to create a brand identity based on lines and colors that had been suggested on the previously created site. It was necessary to create a logo and color palette that echoed the character of its brand, so research was conducted.
Product Branding
For the conception of the Brand Identity, a search was conducted for sports photographers, or at least in a similar field as my client. I grouped screenshots of photographer sites in line with the idea I had in mind of the new brand. I subsequently found a similar character that tied all of these together; this allowed me to create a new result.
Design Process
For the design of Vanland, I started by creating a brand identity consistent with its business ( logo, font, and color palette) based on competitor analysis, then created a site map to best reorganize the information that needed to be displayed page by page. I created the wireframe focusing on the mobile first aspect. Finally, the project was shown to the client.

Conclusion
The aim of the project was to reorganize the information of the existing online site and make it responsive. Once we met with the client, we made final considerations regarding the work done and it was decided to start building it using a cms. The simple and intuitive layout made it possible to use a page builder versus asking a more specialized figure such as a programmer to build it, this coincides with the client's requests expressed in the initial brief and reconfirmed later. The site is still under construction, I decided to opt for using Wordpress for implementation. Once online, the site, will significantly help the photographer's business.
